We are more than just a betting platform. CM8Asia is a community of players who value safety, fairness, and a genuinely enjoyable gaming experience – without compromise.
CM8Asia started with one simple question: why should Malaysian players have to compromise with online entertainment platforms that don't understand their local needs and culture?
Founded in 2019, CM8Asia was born from the realisation that the Malaysian market needed something different – a platform that not only offers high-quality games, but also understands how Malaysian players think, how they handle their finances, and what truly matters to them in an online gaming experience.
We started this journey with a small but passionate team, with a strong commitment to three core principles: non-negotiable security, a game collection that stays fresh and relevant, and customer service that is truly responsive and understanding.
Over five years of operation, CM8Asia has grown into one of the most sought-after online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over half a million active registered members. This growth is not the result of marketing alone – it is the result of the trust that the Malaysian player community has placed in us, trust that we take very seriously.
Today, CM8Asia continues to grow by adding new games, strengthening security infrastructure, expanding payment options, and ensuring every cent of our members' winnings is processed quickly and without unnecessary hassle.
The platform launched with an exclusive focus on the Malaysian market, starting with a curated slot collection from 5 leading providers and 50,000 founding members.
An integrated sports betting section was introduced, providing access to live odds for over 300 matches daily, including the Malaysia League and EPL.
The CM8Asia App for Android and iOS was launched, giving players access to the platform anytime from their mobile devices.
CM8Asia hit a historic milestone of 200,000 active members and expanded its slot collection to over 300 titles from 15 international providers.
SSL encryption was upgraded, two-factor authentication was introduced, and an independent security audit was conducted publicly for the first time.
CM8Asia reached a collection of 500+ slot titles, 20+ partner providers, and a community of over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia.
Trust is not something that can be asked for – it must be earned through consistent action over time. This is how CM8Asia earns and maintains the trust of our members.
All data and transactions at cm8asia are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security technology used by leading banking institutions. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Every game at cm8asia uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). The RTP value of each slot is publicly displayed. We believe players deserve to know their real odds.
Your wins are yours. CM8Asia processes withdrawal requests quickly via FPX, DuitNow, and Malaysian e-wallets. No excuses, no unnecessary delays – your money arrives on time.
The cm8asia support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Whether it's account, bonus, or technical questions – we're here to help whenever you need us.
Over 500 slot titles from world-class providers, live sports betting, Live Casino, and classic table games – all available on one platform, easily accessible from any device.
The CM8Asia App for Android and iOS delivers a gaming experience optimized for smartphones – sharp graphics, responsive controls, and biometric security features that keep your account safe.
CM8Asia's mission is clear and unchanged since day one: to be the most trusted, safest, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players.
We believe that responsible entertainment and a high-quality gaming experience should never be at odds with each other. You can have fun, enjoy fair games, and do it all in an environment that looks after your wellbeing.
Cm8asia's long-term vision is to remain the first choice for Malaysian players seeking trustworthy online entertainment – not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most consistent in delivering on our promises.
Our members' security is our absolute priority. Every technology decision, every operational policy, and every process at CM8Asia begins with one question: is this safe for our members?
We believe players deserve to know all relevant information – game RTP, bonus terms, withdrawal policies, and privacy policies – in clear, easy-to-understand language.
CM8Asia provides self-control tools for every member – deposit limits, loss limits, playtime limits, and self-exclusion options. We regard member wellbeing as just as important as their enjoyment.
The world of technology moves fast and we are always working to stay ahead. Whether in security, app performance, or user experience – continuous improvement is part of our DNA.
Our members' trust is not something we take lightly. Here are the concrete commitments we stand by:
CM8Asia operates under a licence issued by a recognised international gambling regulatory body, ensuring compliance with strict operational standards.
Our platform undergoes independent security audits every quarter by qualified third-party audit firms to ensure system integrity is consistently maintained.
Member deposit funds are held in a separate account from the company's operating funds. This ensures your funds are always safe and available for withdrawal at any time.
KYC identity verification is conducted securely and processed entirely within the platform. Your identity documents are protected with full encryption and are never shared without your consent.
CM8Asia fully supports Responsible Gaming with self-control tools, awareness information, and access to help resources for those who need them.
Every complaint filed by a cm8asia member is recorded, investigated, and responded to within the set timeframe. No complaint is ignored or overlooked.
Behind every smooth gaming experience is a dedicated team working hard to ensure the CM8Asia platform is always performing at its best.
Experienced leaders with a proven track record in Asia's fintech and entertainment industry.
Software engineers and cybersecurity experts who keep the platform running smoothly and securely 24/7.
UX specialists and product managers who are always looking for ways to make the gaming experience easier and more enjoyable.
Malaysian-speaking support agents on duty 24/7 to assist every member's needs quickly and with care.
CM8Asia believes that an online entertainment platform has responsibilities that go beyond simply providing games. We operate with the awareness that every decision we make can impact the lives of our members and the broader community.
This is why we invest heavily in our responsible gaming programme. Every CM8Asia member has access to a comprehensive set of self-control tools – you can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, playtime limits, and even request a break from the platform whenever you feel you need one.
We also provide information and resources on healthy gaming to all members, because we believe informed players make smarter decisions. On the Responsible Gaming On our site, you can find a comprehensive guide, self-assessment tools, and links to support organisations that can help if needed.
Finally, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire CM8Asia member community for trusting us throughout this journey.
