Cm8asia Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for All Malaysia Members

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "CM8Asia" refers to the online entertainment platform operated under the domain cm8asia.win, including all mobile apps, services, and related content.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at cm8asia.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member to use cm8asia services.
• "Balance" refers to the total real money credit in your cm8asia account that can be used for gameplay or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by cm8asia to members.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be converted to real money and withdrawn.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. The following are the member's absolute responsibilities:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensure no one else uses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notify cm8asia immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.
• Not transferring, selling, or giving your account to any other party.

CM8Asia will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

4. Deposit

CM8Asia accepts deposits via a range of secure and verified payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, and selected Malaysia e-wallets. All deposits are processed through payment channels protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• CM8Asia does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own bank charges.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the cm8asia support team with proof of transaction for assistance.

5. Withdrawal

CM8Asia is committed to processing member withdrawals quickly and transparently. Below are the withdrawal conditions and procedures you need to know:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your cm8asia account.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Real money withdrawals (excluding bonuses) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours on business days.
• In certain circumstances, such as additional security verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• CM8Asia reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals.

• Account selling – transferring, selling, or renting your cm8asia account to another party.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

CM8Asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to verify identity within the required timeframe upon request.
• Requests from authorities in relation to criminal investigations.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the CM8Asia support team. For members requesting self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons, CM8Asia will process the request promptly and will not reactivate the account within the requested period.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, cm8asia reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. For voluntary closures or other valid reasons, any eligible real money balance will be returned to the member via the designated withdrawal method.

10. Limitation of Liability

CM8Asia provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CM8Asia is not liable for:
